What is your shipping policy?

Shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout.

DOMESTIC

Domestic - Standard Shipping (3-10 business days) $5.00

Domestic - Expedited - Two Business Days $10.00

INTERNATIONAL

International - Standard Shipping (1-3 weeks) $15.00

International - Expedited - $30.00

What is your Return Policy?

We accept customer returns in their original condition via prepaid insured mail within 7 days of receipt for exchange only. C.O.D. deliveries are not accepted.  You may receive a store credit for the amount of your purchase less shipping charges which can be used towards other Inner Chi Earth merchandise. Special order pieces are not returnable.
