Returns and Refund Policy

We accept customer returns in their original condition via prepaid insured mail within 7 days of receipt for exchange only, C.O.D. deliveries are not accepted.  You may receive a store credit for the amount of your purchase less shipping charges which can be used towards other Inner Chi Earth merchandise.  Special ordered pieces and sale items are not returnable.
